Tia Spears breaks another record as she heads into the finals.

The true strength of a competitor is alwasy evident when tbey cotinuously improve. That is exactly what Tia Spears has done throughout the course of this Track season. Coach David Austin has a mantra that states "work hard and PR". Which means to continue to work hard and you will set personal time records for yourself. Which Spears has continued to do, which has helped her realize her greatest potential as she has broken the school record for the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:02:70 at the prelims at Moorpark College. Spears came in first place in both of her events which are the 100 meter hurdles, and the 400 meter hurdles.

Spears will be running again next Friday in the So. Cal Regional Finals on May, 13th at Moorpark College. Please come out and show support during her events.
