Compton, Calif. - The 2020 Badminton season ended early due to the COVID-19 pandemic yet the team had four good showings in matches against El Camino, Pasadena City, and East LA.

On March 6 the Tartars went up against the East LA Huskies in a double header match. While Compton lost they managed to have their best record games of the season finishing the first game 16-1 and the second 16-5. Freshman Giselle Aranda was the Tartars lead scorer earning four wins for the team that afternoon. Aranda won two singles matches and one doubles in which she was paired with Sophomore Kimberly Lara.

The Compton Badminton team looks to compete again in Spring 2021.
