The men's soccer team lose in a close battle to a score of 1-0 to conference opponent Rio Hondo College Roadrunners.

With heavy stakes on the line as both teams are striving to be in the top six in the standings for the soccer conference tournament, turned out to be a highly defensive game. Neither team wanted to give an inch as both teams scrapped for an advantage throughout the course of the game. However, Roadrunner Charlie Rosales was able to score a goal in the first half. It would turn out to be the only goal that would be scored the entire game. Freshman goalie for the Tartars  Isaac Estrada had a strong game as he had five saves and only gave up one goal. The Tartars would look to get back on the winning streak they prepare for LA City College on Tuesday at 4:30 pm.
