Compton, Calif. - Sophomore Rigoberto Laguna played his final home soccer game at Compton College in a match up against the Los Angeles Harbor Seahawks. As the defender Laguna did a great job of leading the defense, the game would end in a 3-3 tie.

The Tartars got off to a quick start as Jason Martinez scored two quick goals within the first 10 minutes of the game. Charlye Gacia-Ulloa followed it up with a goal of his own in the 13th minute. The Seahawks slowly got back into the game and would go on to score three unanswered goals to force a tie.

Prior to the game, Laguna was honored for his efforts and contributions to the Men's Soccer team. We wish him luck on his future endeavors.

The men's soccer team next game will be in the South Coast Conference tournament against East Los Angeles College on Friday November 5th at 6:00 pm.
