Compton, Calif. - Freshman Alfredo Trujillo scored in the 75th minute, his sixth goal of the season, but the Compton men's soccer team fell 3-1 to Chaffey on Friday afternoon.

The Tartars counted 12 shots, three on goal, while freshman Ruben Martinez tallied six saves for Compton in the complete-match effort.

Freshman Carlos Garcia led the offensive effort with four shots, including one on goal.

The men's soccer team (2-7-2, 0-3-1) head to Pasadena on Tuesday, Oct. 16 for a 4 p.m. match.
