The Compton College men's basketball team received great news with announcement of this week's CCCMBCA State Top 30 Rankings as it grabs the #25 rating.
Compton (17-9 overall) is tied with #21 Cerritos for first place in the South Coast Conference South Division standings, both at 7-1.
On Friday, Compton won its sixth straight contest, defeating visiting LA Harbor, 75-72, as Zoe Holman scored 19 points and pulled down eight rebounds.
Coach Keith Hollimon's squad closes regular season play this week as Compton plays at LA Southwest on Wednesday, Feb. 19 and hosts El Camino in the conference finale on Friday, Feb. 21. Tip-off is 7 p.m. for both contests
