Congratulations to all three players selected to the 2022 All-South Coast Conference Basketball Teams- South Division.

A Al Najim Ashley was selected to the first team for the mens All- South Coast Confernce basketball team in the South Divsion. The  sophomore guard from Peachtree City Georgia, has been a leader for the Tartars all season on and off of the court. He averaged 16.8 points per game during conference play. He had a career high game in points of 33 against conference opponent El Camino College. Ashley is also a scholar athlete for the fall semester as he has over a 3.0 GPA.

For the womens basketball team two athletes made the All- Conference Team. Sophomore leader Paola Ramos was selected first team all confernece and freshman guard Destiny Arambula- Jimenez was selected for the second team.

Forward  Ramos led the team in assist and free throw percentage for the season. Ramos averaged 11.1 points per game and 72.7 % from the free throw line. Her leadership has been noticed on an off of the court as well, as she is a scholar athlete and was the Tartar athlete of the month in December. 

Freshman point guard Arambula- Jimenez has been the primary ball handler and initiaitor of the offense all conference long for the Tartars. She really picked it up for the Tartars on the offensive end once conference play began. Arambula - Jimenez led the Tartars in scoring in conference play with an average of 12 points per game.
