Compton, Calif. - The Tartar women's soccer team dropped at 6-0 match to Cerritos on Friday for Sophomore Day.
Freshman keeper Rosalyn Ascencio earned five saves in the loss, while freshman Marisol Mercado led the team's offense.
The women's soccer team (2-16, 0-7) heads to El Camino next on Tuesday, Nov. 7 for a 3 p.m. match.
