Compton, Calif. - Sophomore Heaven Ward counted 14 points but the Tartars (2-19, 1-7) fell short, 73-58, against LA Harbor (11-15, 3-5) on Wednesday evening.
Freshman Andranae Powns added to her 15th double-digit effort of the season, posting up 13 points.
At halftime Sophomores Nia Ingram and Heaven Ward were honored for their efforts and contributions to the Tartar's women's basketball team. We wish them luck on their future endeavors.
The women's basketball team end their regular season on the road against El Camino on Friday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m.
