For the second time this season the MiraCosta women's basketball team has faced off against Compton College, and for the second time the Spartans leave with a victory.  Freshman forward Jasmine McNeal was dominant, finishing with 16 points, 15 rebounds, five blocks and three steals. Samantha Mowrey and Dana Cephas added 15 points and 10 points respectively.

The Spartans started the game strong, holding the Tartars to just 12 first half points.  With the win MiraCosta improves to 5-5 and will host LA Harbor College on Thursday, December 14th, at 6pm.
