Compton, Calif. – Freshman Carolina Martinez scored the first Tartar goal in the 73 minute of the game but the Women's soccer team (3-2-4) still fell 4-2 to LA Harbor (5-4-1).
Freshman Ivett Acevedo made the second Tartar goal in the 81 minute of the game. She attempted two shots throughout the game.
Freshman Jasmine Garcia was the starting keeper for Compton but was relieved by Martinez towards the end of the first half. Garcia collected four saves throughout the evening and allowed two goals.
Women's Soccer will play at home again on Friday October 25 against Pasadena City College (5-2-4).
