Compton, Calif. – It was announced last week that sophomore Ramon Hogan has signed to Upper Iowa University to continue his football career. Hogan participated on the Tartar Football team for both the 2018 and 2019 seasons as well as on the Men's Basketball team for the 2019-2020 season.

For the 2019 season, Hogan was a defensive end for the Tartars, completing 2 solo tackles, 1 of which a sack resulting in 7 yards gained. He also helped the Tartars on the offensive end as well receiving 8 passes totaling 27 yards throughout the 2019 season. Hogan also earned Scholar Athlete Award for the Fall 2019 semester and Spring 2020 semesters. 

The Upper Iowa Peacocks participate within the NCAA Division II and are members of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. The Peacocks finished the 2019 season with an overall record of 0-7.
