Compton, Calif. - The Compton Athletic Department invites fans to come support their Tartar football team for Tartar Football for a Cure on Saturday, Oct. 13 when it hosts Glendale at 6 p.m. And the men's and women's soccer teams host Rio Hondo on Tuesday, Oct. 9 beginning at 4 p.m. for Tartar Fútbol for a Cure.

Fans are encouraged to wear pink to all three games, and student-athletes from each team will be wearing pink items in support of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Additionally, all fan donations and part of the football ticket proceeds will be donated to cancer research efforts.

Tickets for the football game are $8 for adults; $5 for senior citizens and faculty/staff with ID; $3 for students with valid ID; and free for Compton College students with valid ASB sticker and children 12 and under.
