Compton, Calif. - Michael Wood III has inked a National Letter of Intent (NLI) with Delaware State, announced Monday.

Wood was a two-year starter for the Tartars at offensive line and 2017 Southern California Football Association (SCFA) Scholar-Athlete. He began his career at Fresno State University.

The Hornets finished their 2017 campaign with a mark of 2-9 and open 2018 at Buffalo on Saturday, Sept. 1.
