Compton, Calif. - Defensive end Edward Webber inked a National Letter of Intent (NLI) to play at Glenville State next season, announced Monday.

Webber started all 10 games for the Tartars in 2017, earning All-American Metro League Second Team honors. He was sixth on the team in tackles with 38 total, adding a team-high seven sacks for 39 yards, 11.5 tackles for loss for 55 yards, one forced fumble, and three fumble recoveries for 26 yards.

Glenville State, a NCAA Division II institution located in West Virginia, finished 4-7 during its 2017 campaign.
